Tourist info roundtrip at Haikkoo

Eilen saimme nauttia heti aamutuimaan oikein buffetaamiaisen antimista, kun suuntasimme tutustumiskierrokselle Haikon Kartanoon. Vaikka Porvoolainen olenkin niin olen tässä historiallisessa kartanossa ja sen alueella käynyt vain aulassa ja laivasatamassa, josta meillä lähti barkassi-ajelu viime kesänä.

Hotellin salongeissa oli aamu yhdeksän aikoihin hyvin monta vierailijaa ruokailemassa. Valittavana oli erilaisia tuoreita leipiä, erinäinen määrä leikkeleitä, croissantteja, juustoa, viinirypäleitä ja hedelmiä. Saisipa joka aamu hotelliaamiaisen, huomasin että sillä pärjää hyvin pitkälle iltapäivään. Kivaa vaihtelua siis normi kotiaamupalalle, johon harvemmin tulee edes panostettua, jos ei ole ylimääräistä aikaa ja inspiraatiota tietenkin :>

//Yesterday first thing in the morning we got the opportunity to enjoy the tasteful buffét at Haikko hotel manor, where we made a viewing round. Even though im born in Porvoo, I've been in Haikko before just quickly, in the manor entrance and in the boat harbour, where we started our river cruise last year.

In the hotel dining salons where many people enjoying breakfast around nine. There was plenty to choose from, fresh local bread, many different toppings, croissants, grapes and cheese and other fruits. In other words, a breakfast you would wish for every day - a good variation to regular breakfast at home.

Ruokailun jälkeen lähdimme kiertää itse kartanorakennusta ja sen hiljattain remontoituja uniikkeja huoneita. Ylläolevassa kuvassa näkyy vähän suurinta huonetta, sviittiä, joka oli erittäin ruhtinaallinen. Tykkäsin huoneiden seinätapeteista, erittäin nättejä kuoseja. Huoneet oli sisustettu ja uudistettu hyvin kunnioittaen vanhaa charmia.

//after the fully breakfast we went on the actual round to make ourselves familiar with the manor hotel and it's recently repaired unique rooms. Above the suite, which was very royal. I liked in particular the wallpapers in the rooms; very beautiful patterns. The rooms have been repaired well with an appreciation for the old charm.

Kartanon ulkoterassilla oli pieni baariosasto. Olisi hulppeat näköalat työskennellä :)

Villa Haikko, vuonna 2007 valmistunut rakennus jota vuokrataan hääseuruille, kokouksille, yms.

Esteetön merinäköala tekee paikasta hyvin uniikin ja upean, vielä nyt tänään kun meri kimmelsi taustalla.

//Villa Haikko has opened in 2007 and is rented to occassions such as weddings and meetings etc. With a beautiful view to the sea, this is a wanted place to arrange parties.

Vehreys ja suihkulähteet tekevät paikasta upean nyt kesäaikaan.

Spa- ja kylpylähotelliin päätimme kierroksemme. Kylpylä ja spa on avoinna kaikille, jos kaipaa pientä hemmottelua arkeen. Itse ajattelin testata Day Span tarjontaa joku kerta :)

//We ended our round trip to the Haikkoo Spa-hotel. The spa is open to everyone, if you want to treat yourself. I thought about trying the day spa treatments:)
